承德辰钛矿产品贸易有限公司前身为成立于2011年的天津市拓邦商贸有限公司与成立于2013年的承德瑞辰商贸有限责任公司，两家公司于2019年9月改组成立今天的承德辰钛。创始人张宣标先生、韩小国先生自2007年起即从事钛精矿、钛渣、钛白粉等钛产品的生产、供应与销售，至今已逾十八年。 Chengde Chentai was formed in September 2019 through the reorganization of Tianjin Tuobang Trading Co., Ltd. (founded 2011) and Chengde Ruichen Trading Co., Ltd. (founded 2013). Our founders, Mr. Zhang Xuanbiao and Mr. Han Xiaoguo, have worked in the production, supply and sales of titanium concentrates, titanium slag and titanium dioxide since 2007 — more than 18 years in the field.

公司总部位于河北省承德市，下辖四个钛矿生产加工基地、一个国内贸易部和一个国际贸易部，年处理钛中矿90余万吨；2025年销售国内钛精矿40万吨、进口钛精矿2万吨。公司系河北省钒钛行业协会理事单位。 Headquartered in Chengde, Hebei Province, the company operates four titanium-ore processing bases, a domestic trading division and an international trading division, processing 900,000+ tonnes of intermediate ore annually. In 2025 we sold 400,000 tonnes of domestic and 20,000 tonnes of imported titanium concentrate. Chentai is a council member of the Hebei Vanadium–Titanium Industry Association.
